We do NOT allow returns or exchanges unless you receive the wrong item. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that all sales are final. We strongly encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase, as we do not accept returns due to sizing issues, change of mind, or any other reason unrelated to an error on our part.
If you receive an incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work to resolve any mistakes as quickly as possible. However, claims regarding wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this time frame may result in the denial of a return or replacement.
To qualify for a return due to an order fulfillment error, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (if it has one). Any returned items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering will NOT be accepted. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will either send the correct product or issue a FULL refund. The return shipping costs will be covered at our discretion.
