Shipping policy

We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all orders. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive updates on your shipment.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority or Ground shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 business days depending on your location and delivery method selected. Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather delays, holidays, or carrier disruptions. We are NOT responsible for delays caused by USPS or any other shipping carrier. If you experience any shipping-related issues, please contact USPS directly for assistance and more information.

Our shipping rate is $15-$20 per pair of shoes, depending on the delivery method selected. If you order multiple pairs, we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $300 (excluding mystery boxes). The final shipping rate for multiple items will be adjusted at checkout. All orders are securely packaged (double-boxed) to ensure they arrive in the same condition as seen in the listing.

For security reasons, we only ship to confirmed addresses that match the billing address associated with your payment method. If your shipping address does not match your card’s billing address, your order will be canceled and refunded. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order to avoid any issues.
